Privacy policy

In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads nothing from other servers, not even fonts. The only data processed are the technical logs every web server needs.

Server logs

When you open a page, our host automatically processes: IP address, date and time, the address requested, browser identifier and status code. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The logs are not combined with other data and are deleted after a short time.

The host is Render Services, Inc. (USA); the site runs in their Frankfurt am Main data centre. A data processing agreement with Render is in place. Any access from the USA is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact by email or phone

When you write or call, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once the request is settled and no statutory retention period applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to info@jacobsdigitalhouse.de.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
